The Office of Bilingual ¶«¾©ÈÈ and World Languages is proud to present the 2025-26 NYSSB book study on "Promoting Multilingualism in Schools:Ìý A Framework for Implementing the Seal of Biliteracy" by Drs. Kristin Davin and Amy Heineke.Ìý This second round of the book study will be lead by actual NYSSB Coordinators throughout the state, sharing their expertise and experience in implementing their own programs.Ìý The book study meets for 1.25 hours once a month after school via Zoom.Ìý Participants must commit to attending in full at least eight (8) of the nine (9) book study meetings and can receive a certificate of up to 22.5 hours of attendance or CTLE credit.Ìý All book study meetings will be conducted via Zoom from 4:00-5:15 pm.Ìý The dates of the book study are September 25th, October 9th, November 6th, December 4th, January 15th, February 5th, March 5th, April 16th, and May 7th.Ìý Participants must commit at the time of registration to attending a minimum of 8 of the 9 meetings in full (4:00-5:15pm).For more information on this book study and to register, please click here.
